[How to] Forum Newb Q
 

I've been trying to organize my forum in a particular format.

I'd like to have my categories look like Screen Shot 1 with:

Main Cateory
Main Category Description

and then

forum

and then sub-topics of that forum.


I'm not sure if it is my display order or what, but I'm trying to make it easier to navigate
