Problem with import
 

I am trying to import a phpBB board to a new VB 3.8.4 board.

I got everything set up and uploaded and ran the import via the admincp; got though the first few modules, but the "Import Post" one (and others after) gave me an error.

I even tried to do the other modules after and get a similar error.

I have no idea what to do with this. I have emailed support and they asked for all my log in info and I sent it in (Monday), but haven't heard back from them.

Anyone had a similar experience or an idea to help?
