Change Posts Ownership
 

I created new usergroups by selecting "Create Usergroup Based off of Usergroup" and just editing the name and format. However, now our staff cannot user the Change Posts Ownership option in the forums they admin. I have looked through the permissions and cannot find where to change this or how it's being set.

Edit: Found out this is a plugin that is installed. Have asked question on the thread for it. Thanks!
