fradulantly stolen vblicense
 

i have been in hospital for 3 months having hart surgery !

i come back to find my license has been registerd to a warez forum.

i have no idea how or who accessed my account and did this.

but my main problem is this i in no way support or condone warez forums or software stealing of any kind.

after huge amounts of tickets i have no help from steve machol on this subject all i get is its been used illigally and my license is inactive.

i have not given any 1 acess to my account and i think it totally unfair that my license has been suspended and revoked because its registerd to a warez forum.

i was told i have to get the license removed from the website or get the website vbulletin number, well i carnt do that because i have no idea who owns it or why my license is registerd to that forum.

i paid 180$ for my license i come out of hospital to this , im not supposed to get stressed as i have a degenrate hart condition which required valve replacement.

i have given vbulletin all the info even supplied screen shots of my pay pal transaction.

to verify that i am the rightfull owner.

i keep telling them i have no given authority to any 1 to use my license and i keep getting back its your license its your fault.

well that attitude stinks as far as im concerned, i simply want my vblicense back open and taken of that forum as i am in no way responsible for it been registerd to that forum.

i have been in hospital for 3 months some 1 gained unauthorised access to my account and used my license without consent.

i want my license back and active so i can make my forum for xbox360 games like i wanted to when i purchased my license.

vbulletin need to help me and i have not any help apart from your license your fault.

well it clearly is not my fault when i sighn onto my account week ago to find lots of support tickets and emails i dont recognise to my account.

vbulletin either need to do one of three things !

1) reopen my license as im the legal owner

2) refund my money as i have been scammed or hacked and now have no license and im 180$ out of pocket.

3) give me areplacement license

i have paid 180$ and i have no forum or license and i think its totally unfair the way i have been treated.
