email when new registration
 

This just started recently. When i get a new registrant on my forum, i receive an email with the user's information but now it has an underscore in the 'from' field in the email as well as an underscore in the 'referral' field (when the user leaves that blank).

has anyone else seen this issue before? I cant figure out where to edit these settings. All I can find is the options to change the email that these notifications get sent to.
