MySQL server has gone away - Error 2006

Mysql is running. I have two other things running fine, but my forum just gives a db error. I'm running a repair right now, but is there anything else I should do? I've been having these problems all week, with no signs of getting better.

I went though what eva2006 said in this post http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...265#post310265

I'm not sure if any of those reasons are causing my problem.

Here's my forum.

I've tried restarting apache and mysql, but I still get the same error. I'm currently running an db repair from the command line, but I'm not sure if that's going to fix my problem.
