منتدى استراحات زايد - ~ What are these sections called ~

Ok now first I must ask what this is called in order to proceed in what I need help with troubleshooting. So if anyone can help describe properly the name/names of what I'm referring about, that would be very helpful since I'm new to all this forum stuff.

Sorry if this question is lame but here it goes. For example let use this forum here as a guide for me to go by https://www.sultantheme.com/forum/index.php?styleid=118 now on this forum there is sections that say "SultanTheme.Com Annoucments", "SultanTheme.Com Pre-Sales", "SOC Support Forums, etc etc! My first question is what are those sections called? Please be detailed.

Second questions would be on that same forum now, thos sections that are listed in grey where it says "News & Updates", "Webmasting Notes", "Pre-Made Themes Questions", etc etc! What is that section called? Please be detailed.

Now if there is somewhere it tells in the forums like a guide or in the manual of what each section is called and I have over looked it and did see it when reading through everything, I do appoligize! So if anyone can assist in helping me start off with what those sections are called I would appreicate it.

Sorry if these questions seem lame, but like said, this is all new to me. Once this is answered I would need to ask another question on how to troubleshoot an issue with my new forum, but maybe answering those two I may be able to resolve myself.
