RSS error
 
I am receiving this error when I add a new feed.

AnglingNe Recent Posts XML Error: SYSTEM or PUBLIC, the URI is missing at line 2

This is the link I am using for the feed: I have tried both of these but still receive the error. All other feeds work fine.
