Paid Subscriptions Please, add LiqPay merchant & more currencies

In my country no paypal allowed for incoming transfers. But cards processing is highly needed to sell paid subscriptions. I use liqpay for 6 months without problems. Their conditions and taxes are very good.

1. I think, that this merchant should be included in vB by default. Code, currently used at my site is available here: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/misc....elp&pid=liqpay

2. PLEEEEEZE, remove currency hardcoding from ACP! All your code can process ANY currency, but ACP interface is hardroded to USD & EUR. As you can see from code, liqpay also can process not only USD/EUR, but also RUR and UAH. But ACP doesn't allow to set price in that currencies.
