New user approval by non administrator?
 

Hi

Sorry for such a basic question, but I'm a new user just finding my way around.

Can somone tell me if it is possible to grant a non administrator privileges to approve and modereate new user registrations?

If it is possible, could you please give me a clue how to configure this permission?
