Changing Leased license to Owned
 

I think it is the right place to ask these two question...

About 8 months ago I bought leased license. Now I want to change it to Owned one. How can I do this? Do I just have to buy a new one, or can I "upgrade" somehow existing one?

And then, after changing the license, would I have to download files and upload them again (I remember there was something about this, but I cannot find it now)?
