Question for VB4 license
 

I was looking at getting a owned VB3 license and was wondering how that would transition when VB4 comes out. I see that in this post, you will be able to upgrade. I know that with VB4, it will be a lifetime type of license so that you don't have to keep paying a yearly fee. If I get a VB3 license and then VB4 comes out, do I have keep paying the yearly fee or will I be in the VB4 license so that I can continually get updates without paying the yearly fee?
