User Promotions - user is already above required level
 

I have a question about user promotions. I've set up a new promotion on my forum for a private area based on reputation, post count and days registered. Some of my users already meet the requirements I've set for this promotion but aren't getting moved into this new group when I run the User Promotions schedule. Would they have to maybe make another post for the system to 'pick them up'?
