member unable to post -- getting "the message you have entered is too short" message
 

A member on my board all of a sudden is unable to post. She's getting this message when she tries to post:

"The following errors occurred with your submission:

1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 1 characters."
She recently added zone alarm and avast to her computer, but says didn't have this problem to begin with.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I don't know what to tell her. :confused: TIA
