What is MMORiot?
MMORiot is an independent gaming community that places an emphasis on Freedom of Speech and Right to Express. As an independent gaming community our staff takes pride in being able to present a public medium for discussion of games, more specifically, MMORPGs. Over the past 8 months, MMORiot has grown a reputation of maintaining a mature and friendly environment that is truly unique to Gaming Communities. Additionally, MMORiot has been providing up-to-date info on featured games that our community specializes in.

What is a "featured game"?
A featured game is a game that MMORiot sees a need for a independent forum in the overall gaming community. MMORiot then provides gamers with an area for discussion, debate, and drama related to that game.

Aion

Aion is a visually stunning MMORPG where your character wields devastating powers and sweeping wings to explore a celestial world of breath-taking beauty and epic adventure. It features cutting-edge imagery, gorgeous environments, and a unique fantasy world. Your character plays a pivotal role in the fate of Atreia, where the enemy is not only the other player faction but a deadly ancient evil as well.

Additionally, Aion is expected to smash many records and even give the subscription behemoth, World of Warcraft, a run for its money. Aion has been swiftly been gaining fans and support throughout gaming communities all across the world as of recently.

Tera

Tera is a MMORPG being produced by the makers of Lineage 2. Tera features a real time combat system similar to that of Monster Hunter Freedom. Additionally, Tera promises many other great aspects of that made so many of us crave Lineage 2. From FFA PvP to an in-depth political system intertwined within a guild system, Tera is expected to bring happiness to many gamers.

Why MMORiot?
Many people will ask this question to themselves while reading this, so it is only reasonable to provide an answer. MMORiot is independent, meaning we are not controlled by a cash hungry company seeking to only profit off of gamers. Seldom will someone find a MMO Community that is not owned by a corporation (usually a RMT Corporation). It is even more seldom to find a independent MMO Community that is able to compete against the other "fansites" owned by corporations. Additionally, MMORiot is also renowned for the professionalism and maturity in the staff selected for the site. Among our staff are some of the best community managers, forum moderators, and website developers in the industry.
