Adding content to mini-admin.
 

I'm thinking that I'd like to add a menu to mini-admin with links to my most common control panels. Often, I like to just jump to the users tab, or my own custom module's controls.

Just I just manually mash up the links, make a block and assign it to mini-admin, or is there a better place to add something like this?
