Adding required template form to initial posts
 

Good morning and thanks again for all the help you have provided in the past.

My question today is this: Is it possible to add a "form" or template to an initial post (one that starts a new thread) in order to get some needed information from our users. So many postings don't have enough information and we would like to add a form to "force" the users to supply this information.

As an example, our forum is geared towards pet lovers and veterinarians. I would like to find a way to require people to input information about their pet's breed, species, age, etc....
