popup menu editing
 

I need to edit the little popup menu that you get when you click on somebody's name. I need to change the url and text for "View Public Profile". I've done a code search and the only thing i've come up with was the one in the install directory. i changed that and still had no effect. Is this something that's held in the database? If so where do need to go to edit these values?

Any help on this would be awesome.
