Issue with sending email after upgrade to 3.8.4
 

I am trying to send an email to my members.

When I hit submit, I keep getting a vbulletin message telling me to "Please complete all required fields".

I completed everything I've always completed:

Test email
emails to send at once
From
Subject
Message
All Usergroups
Include users that have declined admin emails?


And hit submit.

Won't send it.

This is all I've ever filled out.
Is there a new requirement in 3.8.4 that I don't know about?
