CMT's Cody Alan made a trip to the Naval Support Activity Bahrain, home to the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) and U.S. 5th Fleet. Alan was filming two special holiday episodes: "Hot 20 Video of the Year Countdown" and "Hot 20 Holiday Salute.
