Slow queryies for language and template
 

My hoster provides a service collecting slow queryies.
The logs are repeatedly full of following query defined as slow, especiall it happens when there are many users online and forum starts to work very slow.

Is there a way to find out from which php this query are generated? Especially the meaning of last one I can't understand
