Currently Active Users Question
 

Hey guys, okay well under my currently active users everything is great but when I go to other sites, some of them show like the user group color and name below this. Do you know what I am talking about? If you go to this site you will notice when you go down you can see it. I have more examples if needed. I wanna know how to do this and want to know if it is a modification or something. Please help.
