Buying vBulletin from outside the US/Canada/UK/EU
 

Hi I want to buy an owned vbulletin license but i have a few questions

A) Do I have to put my real phone/adress I am paying via credit card?
B) What is that VAT thing, a tax? Do I have to pay it? I live in Argentina (South America)
C) How much time will it take for the payment to be processed and get acces to the members area to download vbulletin?
D) When vB 4.0 is out will i have to buy another license?
