Edit tag, creating groups
 

Hi, we have new problem in our forum, it was like this in 3.8.3 and it's same in 3.8.4,
We can't edit tags, when we click on edit tags, the animation circle just keep turning, and then no thing.

one more thing is about groups, user groups, when we click on make a group or look at them, it goes no where, it shows a a white page and that's it. it doesn't load any thing. same thing happens when I want to edit a announcement.
