Auto Banning new users - How do I stop it?
 

Hi,
we have our forum setup so new users have to be approved, after they sign up they see this message....

"
Thank you for registering, Joe Bloggs. Your account has been submitted for moderation by an administrator and will be activated shortly. You will be notified by email when this happens. To return to the forums, click here.

Problem is when you click the here link the following happens:
"You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never


What have I done wrong for this to appear?
