Error Upgrading
 

I am trying to upgrade from 3.8.1 to 3.8.4 and after editing the config files etc I get the following issue when trying to run the script

Warning: Unexpected character in input: ''' (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/webcadet/public_html/forum/install/upgrade_language_en.php on line 404

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/webcadet/public_html/forum/install/upgrade_language_en.php on line 404

Can anyone help please.
