Box move menu
 

I am using a 3-column themes. I think I have problem using the "Box move" menu to arrange the front page layout.
The menu seems to support only 2-column theme. There are only command menus to move the box around the left column and the body only.
Every time I want to rearrange the boxes, I have to reset all the boxes so that I can see "Send to right panel" menu.
Appreciate if anybody can check and fix this.
