Admin CP Multiple edit times & IP check for admin logins.
 

I wish there was an option in admincp so that a full ip (for static users) or pert thereof could be used for admin logins. (or whatever user an admin selects) for me i would make it 123.123.* since i have a dynamic one. that way even if a hacker has the username/password (unless he's good at spoofing ip addresses) should not be able to log in. after thinking about the pros/cons, i think as an optional setting it would greatly help security. i can see that there could be an issue if it's not changed before moving isp or such, but not more then any other important setting. and installing a fresh version could force the setting to off, as a safety workaround. (or some sql manual editing of the database.)

i wish it was possible to have different edit times for different forums. on my site i have a 60 minute edit time. i would like to be able to allow an unlimited edit time in my "for sale" section. that way once a post is complete, the user can edit the main topic they created and change the prefix from for sale, wanted, etc.. to sold. (now they can not, since the 60 minute restriction is forum wide. unless i'm wrong ?)
