Moderator Issue- Strange
 

Hi i have a set of moderators in a group.

The strange thing is they are all in the same group however some can soft delete in forums whereas others cant?

1. They are not individually set as moderators on the forum(s) itself,
2. They are in the moderator group with delete capabilities,
3. The permissions are the same,
4. Have updated user counters etc

Two identical users but one can soft delete/edit the other cant? What could be the problem?
