Notices not showing up
 

I have this slight problem where my notices do not show up.

I am using the latest version of vBulletin and a custom template but the only changes from the original template are graphical and CSS, I also can not see the notices on the original style.

I have read through many threads on here and still can not find a solution to my problem.

I will give you an example of one I have setup

0-10 posts

Active - yes
Persistent - Yes
Dismissible - No

User's post-count is between 0 - 10 set and ticked.

And this notice will not show up, I also have ones setup for administrators usergroup and the and people awaiting email confirmation all these use the usergroup option.

I have a few mods installed but have read through the threads of them all and no one else reports notices problems with those mods.

Any help would be appreciated.
