Block specific first name in user registration?
 

I have human verification and several additional fields in our user registration (so no problem with spam bots), however, I do get regular spam registrations. Almost all of them give a first name of "test" -- is there any way to automatically ban any user who registers with a first name of "test"? (Part of our policy is that user registration must be accurate, so I'm not worried about banning legitimate members named "Test" as this is not a common first name in our geographic area.
