Bahrain says Congress vote on Saudi 9/11 bill will harm US

The US Senate handed President Barack Obama an embarrassing rebuke by rejecting his veto on a Bill that would have allowed relatives of the victims of the September 11th, 2001, attacks to sue Saudi Arabia. Fifteen out of the 19 hijackers were Saudi nationals.
