How to insert the prefix name in title
 

Hello Everyone ,
I wonder if you could help how i can insert selected prefix name in title , for example if we goes here
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=235 and you choose a prefix you will not see it the prefix name in title .
I try to put $vbphrase[any_prefix_meta] in the title put nothing help :(.
