اخوتي الاعزاء في جامعة ترايد نت

بعد طرح المشكلة في قسم ركن حلول مشاكل الاستضافة
منذ 4 ايام ولا يوجد رد للان
اعود واطرحها هنا علي اجد شركة تقوم بعمل اللازم

لدي مشكلة وتتلخص بما يلي :
لقد قمت بحجز دومين من شركة whois.com والدومين بلاحقة ****.de وقد طلب مني اثناء الحجز بيانات جديدة غير التي في حسابي لشخص من المانيا وقد تم تزويد الموقع بالبيانات
وبعد الانتهاء من الحجز اردت الدخول الى لوحة تحكم الدومين فظهرت الصورة التالية معي :

والان لا استطيع اضافة نيم سيرفر او عمل اعدادت للدومين

ولقد وصلني ايميل من الشركة التي حجزت الدومين منها بمايلي:
