Audeo system disappeared and my web site blocked, need ur urgent experties

I have two problems,,
I can,nt open web sites its get blocked every time i open any site, specialy youtube or other site, is theter any one knows how to solve this problem,
the second problem my Audeo is disappeared, i can,t play sound or music , in start, accissories and entertainment tool the eeryting is missing, i need urgent help to solve these
problem
