Need A little help
 

So Im really new at this HTML thing. Im learning though. But my question is: What coding(or code) path would i use to make a link that would bring you to a specific users profile?
On my site I would like the members to be able to click a sidebar link to view who the admins are. then click a name to go to that profile.
How do I do that?
