2 censorship related questions, and 1 mod question
 

I'm looking to see if 3 things exist, and can't seem to figure it out.

1.) Word Censorship/filter. I want to replace all words in a list with other words. Not on a character level basis like standard Censorship, replace bad word X with new word Y. Like replace "cat" with "dog" not "dogdogdog".

2.) A funtionality to automatically place any posts that trigger censored words into the Moderation queue (using the standard censoring if question 1 is not available).

3.) A functionality to email a specific address when items are added to the Moderation Queue. Seems a basic need to me, but I can't seem to find that it exists.
