Paid Subscriptions Username/Comment box
 

Hey everyone,

Is there a way either in the next update for 3.8 or for 4.x, that there can be a comment box so that when users buy a paid subscription of some sort they can add a message?

Because when you get the email notification that someone has bought a paid subscription it would be easier to know who has by username in that notification than having to log into the acp and find them there.

Or even a way to email the board admins that (username) has bought a paid subscription... this would be another way too.
