Can a Forum Show up on all categories?
 

hard to explain but my website is set up as follows:

US
-Florida (category)
--Leads
--Properties
-California (catagory)
--Leads
--Properties
General Discussion


My question is that I would like the General Discussion Forum to show up in all categories, is there any way to do that?
