"Problem" with tools.php
 

Hi,

Our forum is on 3.7.0 and we want to upgrade to 3.8.4

For that reason I made a copy of the database and all the directory that I have the "live" forum in order to make there first the upgrade since it will be the first one. :)

I know from previous times when I was trying different plugins that I have to use tools.php in order to clear the cookie etc in the copied forum.

I upload it in admincp but when I try to call it from the browser I am receiving a "HTPP 500 Intrenal Server Error".
