Quick question about support ticket
 

If I ever fill out a support ticket at:

and vBulletin staff want to manually check my forum to find problem, beside else (the login info to Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP) is it procedure before that, to uninstall all MODs I have on my forum??
Is that rule, or vBulletin staff wouldn't try to see what is wrong on my forum?
I have many, many MODs installed :D
