Moderators have lost the link to user's USERCP page
 

I've just upgraded from v3.6 to 3.8.4 which was all pretty painless :)

Our mods do a lot of their moderating by clicking on a user's public profile, then using the USERCP link to go to the user's profile.... but this link seems to have gone. I can't see it as an administrator, so I guess it's not a permissions issue.
Has it moved? Is there a different way of editing a user's profile in 3.8?

Any help gratefully received :)
