Vbulletin "Welcome page"..?
 

I've seen one where "first time visit" you get a page, saying something like welcome so and so, disclaimer etc etc enter site" (going to any link anywhere on that site) Was wondering if thats a mod or a part of vbulletin. If its a part of vbulletin how do you set it up?
