Bahraini athlete, Ruth Jebet, clinched a gold medal in 3000m steeplechase at the ongoing Rio Olympics. She clocked 8:59:75 to beat Jepkemoi Hyvin Kiyeng of Kenya (9:07.12) and Coburn Emma of the USA (9:07.63), who won silver and bronze respectively.
