Strange errors and hidden ads
 

For the life of me I cannot find where to fix it.

If you visit my site using a mobile phone and the mobile skin you'll see all kinds of ads. Visit the site using the mobile skin from a PC and no ads.

Once in a while users report seeing this:

Or something similar. I've had it happen to me. A refresh fixes it.

I'm running 3.8.1. I've tried uninstalling things, turning off the mobile skin, and things like that. No help.
