another installation question.
 

Ok i apologise in advance if there is the answer to my question somewhere as ive been trying to sort this for 2 days!
Anyway i have downloaded vbulletin, edited the scripts in config.php , Uploaded the files to my website and i can get as far as

I have created a new database, user, password but still cannot get the bloody thing to work, any help would be most appreciated :cool:
