User Banning Options Problem/Issue
 

Hi Everyone -

I am having a problem in regards to the user banning options not banning ip's and addresses I have setup in my user banning options area. For example, I have @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com etc. banned from being registered on my site, however, users are still capable of being able to register with these domains. I have Enabled Banning Options set to "Yes" and Aggressive Email Banning set to "Yes" and I have Allow user to keep banned email address set to "Yes".

I am using vbulletin 3.8.2 - For user registration options, I have new registrations set to be moderated before a user has access to my forum and this is how I realized that users were able to join with an email address I had banned as new users were still appearing with email's I did not want to allow. Does anyone have any insight or help with this situation? Any direction on what I can do to remedy this would be great. Thanks in Advance -
