Upgrade Error
 

Guys I get this error when tring to upgrade.

Warning: main(../../forum/install/install/init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/globalri/public_html/forums/install/upgrade.php on line 25

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../../forum/install/install/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/globalri/public_html/forums/install/upgrade.php on line 25

I have done everything to the book with the instuctions and even uploaded a few times to get it right.

Please Help.
