instalation problems 1.6.2
 

Hi friends.

I try to install 1.6.2 to my own host.. i download phpwebsite 1.6.2 zip file from http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu

link is official link..

But in covert folder READ ME txt says
''You must installed phpwebsite 1.0 successfully _before_ attempting to
convert modules.''

1 - is that an upgrade version ?? Firstly i must install 1.0 then upgrade it 1.6.2 ???

2- if so where i can find full version of 1.0 or 1.6.2 full version ??

3- i have fantastico.. it install 0.10.2 just one click.. is that better yo install 0.10.2 then upgrade it 1.6.2 ???
