About the Phone Support
 

I'm going to buy a license for vbulletin, but I'm not sure whether I should take phone support. So, if you have the a vbulletin forum:
1. Do you think you need phone support?
2. If you did take it, were you satisfied with it?
3. If you didn't take it, did you feel you needed it, or was it pretty much okay without it.
4. Is there a another kind of support which is free?
